Netball Competition November 2011
Thursday 17th November
We started the day by meeting at school for 8:45 we got told that it was off but then we got told it was back on at St. Peters instead of Tavistock College!
When we finally got to St. Peters we started with a warm up: shooting, running, caching and stretching.
Then we were ready to play are first match against St. Peters B team, we won 5-0 with Jason, William and Hetty scoring.
Then we had a 1 match break for us to have a drink and to know our positions for the second match.
After that we played Tavistock A team and drew 1 all with our scorer being Jason. Then we had another break and then we played with Whitchurch and they won 2-1 and a team effort from Hetty and Chezzie for scoring for our team (it was the first match we lost so far.)
Next we had a match against St. Peters on court two and lost 1 nil. The next match we one 5-0 against Tavistock B with Mia, Chezzie and Will all scoring goals.
Then it was time for the results. After 6th and 5th place had both been called out we were told that St. Andrews had come 4th place , we were all delighted and went back to school and told all our friends the results.
Overall the day was a great success.
