Year 5

Victorian Houses

For their history project year 5 have made some Victorian houses, as a part of their topic with year 6, ‘The Victorians’. Their task was to build a Victorian house in 3 weeks.
When the 3 weeks were up the houses were put on display so that we could all see the 29 completely different houses which were made of lots of different materials including:

Paper
Cardboard
Paint
Different kinds of plastic
Different types of wood

And lots more!!!

We all had a lot of fun making the houses and we learnt a lot about the way they looked and the differences between Modern Houses and Victorian Houses.

The whole class made a house and each one is original. They are all different and show that we clearly had a lot of fun making them!!!
