Visit to Carnglaze
On Thursday 8th October class 4 visited Carnglaze Caverns in Cornwall as part of their science work on ‘Rocks and Soils’. They had a guided tour of the slate caverns and conducted simple tests on different types of rocks. The visit ended with a walk through woodland to note the difference between oak and beech soils.
